We moved into a brand new office in 2021 that's close to restaurants, hotels and shopping locations! Approximately 60 amazing associates collaborate here.
Our teams work in: Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, Demand Planning & Replenishment, Pricing, HR, Legal, IT, and PetSmart Charities.
In addition to our generous benefits, we also have a great, pet-friendly location. (Just ask Logan, pictured above!)
We have a Social Committee that plans fun social events for the office. Some of our favourites are the summer BBQ, white elephant gift exchange, gingerbread house building contest, Halloween dog costume parade, and themed days.
We love volunteering within our community, including with the Oakville Milton Humane Society, the Burlington Food Bank, and Hamilton CityKidz. Our team goal is 400 hours per year!
Our Belonging Committee has culture milestone Champions who prepare monthly educational materials on a belonging topic.
