Pet Associate

Tackle a variety of tasks, from helping Pet Parents and stocking shelves to caring for pets and habitats. This entry-level role lets you explore all areas of the store and decide where you want to grow your career while creating unforgettable experiences for pets, customers, and your team. Every day is a new adventure!

Customer Engagement

Build bonds with Pet Parents by providing top-notch service in-store and online. Offer personalized recommendations, promote services, events, and loyalty programs, and ensure every interaction enhances satisfaction and creates a fetching experience.

Store Operations

Maintain a clean, organized store and high merchandising standards. Handle operational tasks like price updates, inventory management, and setting up product displays to keep the store running smoothly and looking its best.

Pet Care & Safety

Ensure pets’ safety and well-being with top care standards and quick action on health concerns. Create a welcoming, safe environment for associates, customers, and their pets, making every visit pawsitive and worry-free.

Pet Care Associate

Be the family of the pets in our stores—including fish, reptiles, birds and small animals—until they find a family of their own. You'll keep them healthy, clean and well-fed while also engaging with prospective pet parents.

PetsHotel Associate

All work and no play? Not here! Greet play dates and lead them through all the fun and games. From stories and bubbles to snacks and naps, it will be the best day ever for the pups and YOU!

Pet Trainer

Lead the pack (well, a class of pets) by helping guide pet parents through helpful lessons about all the stages of their pets' lives. First, you'll complete our Pet Training Instructor Accreditation and then begin leading our Pet Training Programs.

Salon Experience Lead
